Just keep studying the methods of RNGing and you'll get it. I'm starting my first catch project today.... =D If you watch the YouTube guides that bearsfan092 made, they are really helpful for starting out your first time.
Besides, it's virtually impossible to RNG that at such an early start in the game unless you're an RNG master- I figured that it had been hatched at Lake Verity, but the description says that it was met at Lake Verity.
Like, I meant that the flawless IVs are the ones that it has even tho it's impossible to do. Thus, "correct." Haha
