How do people get very good IV's on their shiny legendaries? How do they get so lucky about it? I think they are modifying the IV's. Don't you think?

You said 10 for both .savs originally but as the second one will likely take a few more days I'd understand if you want to drop it down. 6 is very generous :). Bugger, i misread your email and have beaten the Kanto gym leaders and then saved in front of Ho-oh; rather than having two different versions. If you would like two different versions for the second one let me know. First one is sent. Try it out and let me know it works ok :)
(I'd prefer it if you replied to the email on smogon btw =D )
