Well actually I have this Arceus on 4th Gen too but you'd have to Pokeshift it yourself in that case
Yea, that's the problem... it's an Arceus, so it has 100 EVs on every Stat except SAtk xD
There's no need to hurry :]
But there are two things: a) it must be done in 5th gen and b) can you remove EVs?
