He probably had Life Orb, as Sheer Force also negates LO's self-damage. Recalculating the hit with LO and Sheer Force... 232 to 273 damage, or 77.3% to 90.7% of Latios' life, assuming no Def or HP investment on the Latios. So not only is that possible, it's actually a pretty low damage roll if he only did 80%.

As for Light Screen, that's kinda your word vs. his. If it was up, though, then the damage numbers do match. With the listed EVs (204 HP 252 Atk 54 Sp.D) Darmanitan ends up with 402 HP and 159 Sp.D (matches his picture). Max Sp.A Modest Specs Latios has 591 Sp.A. A Draco Meteor vs. this Darmanitan behind a Light Screen would do 279 to 329 damage, or 69.6% to 81.8% of his health. You would have had to roll low, but it's very possible.

Adamant, max attack Darmanitan has 416 attack. With Choice Band and Reckless as his ability, that's up to 748.8 attack. Flare Blitz has 120 power, with STAB.

Latios with no Def investment has 196 Def. Therefore, a Flare Blitz from an Adamant CB Darmanitan would do 247 to 290 damage, or 82 to 96% of Latios' life, assuming no HP investment. If he held a Life Orb instead of CB, you'd be looking at 214 to 252 damage, or 71 to 84 % of Latios' life.

The same numbers would apply under the sun without CB. Yes, Darmanitan hits that hard.

I can't say anything about the rest, and I know I'm not involved so I won't post in the Blacklist thread, but you should know that the damage numbers you're tossing out are not that ridiculous. Darmanitan is a brick house on 18 wheels.

Edit: I derped pretty hard. Darmanitan has Sheer Force, not Reckless. Add another 10% damage to those calculations, because Sheer Force is +30% and Reckless is +20%.
