    Yeah, file trading is no problem for me, I think I still have your email, let me be sure though.
    The Caterpie is female, yes. No point in breeding a shiny DW pokemon if it ain't female! (Unless it's a Nidoking; then you get banned.)

    Not entirely, but I've seen my own electricity bill, it's not very pleasing to the eye or the wallet xD!

    Gen4 for the Groudon would actually be awesome if you have it in Gen4. But I'll meet you in Gen5 first to trade you the Caterpie.

    I forget when I turned it on and when I turned it off. Looks to be a pattern, 2, 2, 2, 3 (in cycles of 1 minute per unit.)
