Hello there Delko, long time. I was surprised to be browsing the Smogon forums for a UU Hail Stall guide, when I came across a couple people talking about your prowess with Hail Stall. As I continued reading, there you were in the thread. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Anyway, I am officially back to the competitive Pokemon world, and I wanted to ask you one question: got any suggestions for Hail Stall in UU DW?
