Hey Vader, user chanazn reserved Nosepass almost a month ago here and hasn't even posted a placeholder. He has his C&C work in his sig and it's not there. In the same post, where he reserved Ekans, he informed me that he wasn't working on it and let me take it, so I'm almost certain he's not working on Nosepass.
