Battle Star was originally apart of the SSIS from Serebii. I had been contemplating his promotion for a while now. Though he may be a Major I have set up some restrictions on his moving up the ranks. He has to make up for all the lost merits he has not received in order tomove up the ranks again. That is over 20 merits he needs to receive. Realistically you all still have good chances agaisnt him. you guys shoudl catch up in no time. BTW: you are well on your way to become Lieutenant.

That sucks for everyone. But we went on a Team lockdown when he was discovered. I have spies too. But I never reveal hem to anyone. Only thing is, why did he juscome and go? It was rather, strange.
