Snorlax couldn't attack that often because of attract. And when he did he used rest.

What's funnier is that shuckle almost got to full HP using leftovers.

I won both games. And since he taunted me when we played Mario kart (stopping at the finish until I get close), on our final match I did an epic stall on his snorlax. (it was something like 20 turns) Miltank kept using attract and Shuckle Accupressure. At one point Miltank attached shuckle and shuckle used gyro ball on Miltank. Miltank put a sub up first, just in case snorlax attacked. Snorlax slept twice, so that shows how much Wacky wanted to win.
