    Ohh, I think I know where you got confused.

    Syncs work diff. in G4. You have to use a Timid Synchronizer or else you won't get the IVs or shinyness. If you use an Adamant syncer it won't work unless you're using it for an Adamant seed.

    Lol. Well, it can't be helped :P You'll have to EV Wipe it when you can use Pokecheck to clone. I actually think you should be VERY proud, though, because you did this with no AR at all (Not even to check IVs!). That's something to brag about ;)

    Actually, I'm not sure. You'll have to ask on the help thread about that. Wait, did you register Youngster Joey in your Pokegear? He advances the frame by 2. So what I think you can do is save before you pick up the egg, hit your seed, and call Youngster Joey twice (He advances by 2, you start on frame 1. 1+2+2=5). And when you hatch it, it should be shiny and Timid HP electric.

    But I'm not completely positive (In fact, I'm almost positive I'm wrong) so I would ask.

    Awesome! Great job! See, G4 RNG isn't that hard :D

    Now, once you get past Goldenrod, on the route directly above the City, there's a Juggler there named Juggler Irwin. Make sure to register him in your Pokegear, because then you can start RNG capturing! I'll teach you how to do that once you get there. Good luck :)

    And, btw, are you going to avoid using your Cyndaquil in-game, or are you just going to let it gain useless EVs? :o

    Yeah, that's normal. ID/SID abuse is different than normal abuse. And it's normal to be off on your first try, just keep trying and I think you'll get it! :D

    Caruto tried but the Cyndaquil was to low of a level, so I guess playing through a little could work, it's just time consuming. But I think you can do it! And, I was going to teach you that update thing that Caruto taught you, but I wanted you to get the seconds down first ;)

    The update tool thing is really useful (On Pikatimer, I think it's called "Other Delay")!

    Good job! Now, for the starter, Idk how you're going to do it without being able to check IVs (If you can't check IVs, you can't check the delay you're hitting). So what you would do, since your frame is on 5, save inside the lab right in front of the machine thing where you pick your starter and keep trying to hit your seed. If you hit your seed, the Cyndaquil will be shiny. Good luck!

    Hey, I saw that you got help in the RNG help thread. Did you have any luck with the help you got?

    I didn't realize you were supposed to Soft Reset when the first timer ends xD I guess that's because I'm used to RNGing with an AR inserted :P
    Hey, it doesn't necessarily matter, just would be nice to know: Would this Eevee count as international? I can live w/o a shiny Espeon, but I'd like to know if I can make that attempt since international parents increase the chance considerably

    Well you'll need a much lower Method 1 frame. Cyndaquil is on frame 5 for Method 1. I can help you more tomorrow :P

    Well, for one thing, the frames are wayy to high xD

    Plus there's a flawless Timid PID, try searching for that one and see what you get. I'll be able to help you more tomorrow :)
