Isn't the stuff in the Smog fan fiction? It just has more references to legitimate OU battling and moves and abilities and banlists and whatnot.
Unfortunately, I don't have a comic artist's business card so I can't help you out on that one. Are you any good at it? Oh, did you try Deviantart (I don't know what it's like down there, but there's a lot of poke-fans and poke-artists)?
I must say, they are quite good stories.
If you find an artist, I think that they would be a good graphic novel (and a better comic book).
