I'm saying in case something breaks, we need to have spare parts ready to be produced quickly to get any down machinery back into action.
We shouldn't need a large metalworks facility for general computer parts, wheels for our vehicles, engine parts, etc. If we work on something bigger, I'll contact him. I've got a bunch of Stardust that trades pretty highly in the current market that might work.

Most of those people that really want them to evolve just go to Sinnoh for vacation.
Anyway, maybe I can get a team of trained Machoke out there for raw materials, but it doesn't deal with food, or spare parts for our machines. We'll probably need on-site miniature production lines for the latter.
