I'll be on all day so no problem.
I used to, but I stopped when my watch was chewed up by my dogs as it wasn't completely accurate anymore...
But I got a new one on Saturday. I prefer to Emerald RNG as all I have to do is save state a second before the spread and bash CTRL + N a couple of times, then I have what I want.
I might start Dppt. RNGing again...

Yeah, it was more because in game, stuff has problems breaking a Raichu sub (i kno rite...) so wish was used to recover the HP lost from recoil and Sub.
Yeah, so get a male Smeargle with Fake Out, Encore, and Wish, and breed it with a Female Pikachu/Raichu that is holding a Light Ball (do you need a Light Ball, b/c I've got one if you need it, I don't know if you've used an AR for those kind of items because I haven't).
Aww, my favorite flavor is Vanilla though, but okay.
No, Smeargle does not need to know Volt Tackle, it will pass automatically. (It's kinda a weird thing, b/c it's not a true egg move).

Well, first of all, Pikachu can breed with Smeargle. Second of all, get a Male Smeargle with 3 or less egg moves that you want to pass on to breed with a female Pikachu/Raichu holding a Light Ball and the baby will have the egg moves and Volt Tackle. I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
The only other way I can think of, is if it only works when a male Pikachu is holding a Light Ball. In that case, breed a Male Pikachu with the required egg moves and breed it with a Female Pikachu and the baby will have the egg moves and Volt Tackle. However, I think the first method is correct, but it's one of the two. :P

I lied; I forgot that the transfer from Method 1 to Wondercard was -1, I thought it was -2, so it has an odd frame. ^_^ I'm going to go do it now!

I don't know if he's done it yet. I'll have to check. Anyway, I found a result using 31 SATK, so I'll just use that. I have to do it on my spare plat though because it has an even frame so I need a roamer. But in order to do it there, I have to do my other Jirachi first. :P
