Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
I'm interested in the male shiny Relicanth, if you have it as a trained version...or if you're at least able to teach it Stealth Rock via TM in Gen4 and Head Smash via Level-up because I need those for a stupid egg chain lol xD and yes, i can nn my roselia
Yeah, Toxic Spikes are good - but aren't even needed for a stall/defensive team to work. If you are making a hazard team, Spikes, and Stealth Rock are needed. Toxic Spikes help soften up defensive cores, but are optional.
That Cynthia team can't take Dragon spam/hurricanes! I don't like her team very much.
OTR Reuniclus and CM Reuniclus both work fine. I think CM Reuniclus would be better though for checking thinks like Terrakion with a bit more ease. Any one of the fighters could work I guess.
I would use Dragon Tail so it isn't entirely outclassed by Jellicent etc.
You could try Deoxys-d as a Spiker if you're running a stall team. Excellent Spiker and provides a useful check against Fighting types. Taunt and Recover also shuts down CM Reuniclus who might be a problem for stall teams. Of course Skarmory or Ferrothorn can be used as Spikes as well. Blissey or Heatran will make good special walls while Blissey has the ability to cure status, Heatran can phaze so both have their merrits. I also found the reliable Toxic Spikes + Rapid Spin Tentacruel and Subsitute + Protect Gliscor combination to work well with Abomasnow.
Taunt + Will-o-wisp (stallbreaker) Mew is also an excellent poke beating offensive teams and opposing stalls team altogether. There are plenty of useful and good pokemon to use, so just see what fits your taste best.
