It's got me confused too. It's basically just a message about the events going around on the mainland. It's just got me thinking if their going to change anything about Worlds.
It doesn't say anything about the new rules yet.

It's mostly about the event structure. It seems they may announce the rules in the next coming weeks.

Omg =D I tried 15 times to get my pokemon and Timer0 keeps trolling me =D
When I use C7C spread, I get C7B -> When I use C7B spread, I get C7C. And when I manage to hit my Timer0 correctly, I accidently advance my PIDframe by hearing my chatot once again. =D

Okay well the weirdest thing just happened to me. I'm now using a different computer, Same Parameters, SID, ID, etc, and now my Shiny Egg finder is working. Wtf.
I think RNGreporter was just glitchy with my last computer xD

How do you find out what delay Im getting? Sorry, Im new to 4th gen RNG and don't know most stuff.
I was trying to hit a delay of 16.05 seconds.

Used Drama/Pokémon Search Channel to advance the frames
I abused in Cerulean city where there are no NPCs.
I was aiming for a WonderCard RNG abuse at first and couldn't seem to get the elm calls to match up
