Make a Korean DW account!?

Winters-san, this RNG is very weird. I'm trying to locate my PID frame, but it doesn't seem to be working. I keep getting Hardy(Doesn't match my seed), Careful(Doesn't match my seed), and Adamant(Matches) though that sequence doesn't show up on my list before my shiny frame. Am I doing something wrong or do I need a new seed?
