Roar is fine I guess. It can mess with sub users or things which try to set up. Especially good for Volcarona or random Baton Passing things on the ladder.
I don't like Dragon Tail at all. I think Toxic should be fine.

Nope, I can't clone unless it is a third or 4th gen pokemon. I use the emerald glitch and GTS respectively. The trade was supposed to be your bold whimsicott in exchange for my Hypno. I was wondering if I could get it as the EV'd version as well as the unhatched egg.
I think its fine really. Nothing else better to run, and it cripples their counters pretty well.
