That's part of it but the other part is that it's much easier for other people to see what you have for trade. Especially since VMs have a mere 1000 character limit.

Well for starters you can join the social group The Box to post anything that is not quite finished. In addition one of the guys in this trade thread can create an Excel document that would automatically take the pokemon info you put in and spit it out in your desired format. I don't know what he would want for that service though.

sorry to bring this to you but your escavalier doesn't have knock off (which is an egg move). I don't know if it had it as karrablast since it evolved in your game so it'll have a pending moveslot.
edit: and btw, Golurk is genderless so it has no egg moves at all -.-

That's because you're thinking about level up/EV training the old way. When you have infinite items in 5th gen it's not neraly as painful -.-
