    Is Strength absolutely required to finish the storyline? I know in Dragonspiral Tower it looks like you need it but there is another path across the fallen pillars. I don't think you need it in Victory Road either but it opens up some shortcuts after you take the long way once.

    You can add Rufflet/Vullaby/Archeops as the other HM slave as those can learn the other two HMs. Although Tropius would be the best counterpart as it can also learn Flash and Sweet Scent while the other three cannot.

    That's all I can think of.

    Edit: Unfortunately those are all late/post game.

    To add to what you already have listed? Not really. I suppose you could list Skyarrow Bridge as a good place to hatch eggs.
