Yeah, I just need to find a Japanese BW Rom, which I'm pretty sure I could find, and go to the point where you can recieve Wondercards in game.

Well, I have only RNG'd on a retail cart but i don't think much should be different. If you haven't RNGd before, you'll need to get your parameters set for me to help you. Bearsfan's video is really good for that part of the process.
I'd be happy to walk you through gen 5 wondercard RNG. It's super easy so it won't take you long. I'm only on for about an hour right now but I'll be back on for longer in about 7 hours.
