Could you aim for 31 Spe? Speed is fairly important for Gyara, and it's attack is high enough that a few points off shouldn't matter all that much ;) and sure, whatever you want for credits is fine.

Adamant/Careful/Jolly Magikarp in a dive ball? Catch rate of 255, and it's the only thing you can find surfing in sootopolis. I would've suggested Shroomish, but that's somewhat rare, and it's got a somewhat annoying catch rate.

No, Japan doesn't have the one I RNGed. And They are all in gen IV :) Ok then ;) the kyogre(flawless one, right) is NN 'Moby' and the rayquaza is NN 'Ladon'
