I abused little kids called Jubilee within a frame of 400-600. They come Adamant with 31/31/31/31/31/31 in a Matter Ball.
I can't determine that now sicne they're free but you can just start the game take the step forward and catch them to check their IVs and look at the frame they come up with if its 1 and 6 then no, if its 2 and 7 or more then yes
too bad :/
:) I've hatched the pokes on my HG and traded them back to plat. I'm EV training them now. Once I finish, I can steamroll through the game. ^_^

Ahh cool. Maybe one day I'll try and learn to RNG abuse as well. Right now I kind of don't have too much patience for it but somewhere along the line I'll get it down and master it completely =].
ok i just figured out the code, its in your party not the boxes, choose a pokemon and select switch, switch it with another pokemon then exit the screen. When you look back there will be two copies of the first pokemon you chose to switch but the second pokemon will be deleted -
