I have like two and a half boxes so far. not all EV trained but ready to be when I figure out what I want to do with them xP

Looks like I'll be battling Diabolico for that matter, but he's not always online so I could use two more battle partners xP
maybe not for the OHKO but ferro switched in more than once and should had FB hit ferro would have gone down much earlier thus making my life easier xP

And I knew it was a brave one with o spd IV, but I knew nothing about his actual base speed being lower than tyranitar's
I'd appreciatte a link to anywhere confirming this evasion boost as the only 20% evasion boost I know is from pokemon with the sand veil ability like garchomp =.=
