Well, you can have an italicized brief history describing what happened. Then, you can also talk about the familiars if you want. and then start it off telling what you should be doing in the first post, like wandering city, etc. False also needs to say what you should be working towards in the beginning, like going somewhere specific. False also needs to guide the story and control NPC's, in addition to her own character.
