Well, I still think the American Northwest is the best place for an RP.

As far as the intro goes, more or less how the nukes fell and what led to that happening.
And, if you want you can add your own personal touch to it if you want.
Depending on the number of sign ups, we would need to make new teams, but more modern. Also, I need a intro again.....:P I seriously, fail at making those. And, depending on your element, you get a legendary, though not the obscenely broken ones.
