hi I have a question concerning Latias in HG, when you RNGed it and steven showed you the picture of it, did it appear shiny or normal and only appeared shiny when you encountered it in the wild?

I dont know whats wrong at all...
Im using the station that advances 3 TIMES each detune :(
Detuning it twice and then mashing A
And I end up getting a frame of 9 and I need 7 :(
And I cant calibrate because all the other stations are useless
2 advance by 0
and the other 14-18 :(
And I resaved twice o_O
