    He set up Safeguard didn't he? Plus the thing about the Jiggly team is that the team has an open flaw that not many people see. Most people target the secondary Poke that Jiggz leads with and pick off the team.

    Hence why I'm gonna change my team to something else as Jigglypuff doesn't have much to offer.
