I'm really interested in sweeping Cresselia with Psychic, Charge Beam, Ice Beam, and Moonlight because it takes out most things, other than T-Tar... So, is Ice Beam or Toxic the better move on rest-talk Milotic?

Actually, Celebi IS one of my most favorites... we can sub it with something else for now until the event that makes it widespread comes to the States... Getting a decent Heatran will be even more annoying though! Haha, Ninetales might be NU but she has a better speed rating than Heatran and the same ability... IDK! -
