Wow, my character has his work cut out for him 1) Escape Berlin and not be completely traumatized to the point of being useless 2) Help Jakon confront the Shadow 3) Confront Malifre 4) Possibly do something to help Skyla (unless she saves herself, which is quite likely) 5) Final Confrontation with Sirius & Gaia (though he's gonna focus more on Gaia). The main enemy is the fiend- the devil himself, although there are some pagan gods too. The fiend makes me think of the Shadow.
Ahh. There are similar concepts in other books, but I forget which. Salazar is also Lazarus' half-brother.

Jakob is lucky he didn't go corrupt. I'm Lazarus, not Salazar. He replaces a familiar, in the fact that he does have a telepathic link. He happens to a stronger telepath than Lazarus, do he is his biggest opponent. I read about how the Shadow uses energy like currency. The Shadow seems familiar, like it was in a book. Where'd you get it's inspiration?
Sounds like he had a good time.I'm thinking Lazarus will sometimes be buddy with his half-brother Salazar, and other times they'll try to kill each other.

Well the original problem was with the RPG not having attacks that are extra strong or weak against the Pokemon that are affected, which you so kindly removed ^_^

While it may be best portrayed by Pokemon, the idea is not unique to Pokemon. Many many games have used the same concept.
It's fine. Yes, I appreciate the metagame. No, it is not games, anime, or manga, it is an RPG created in my mind. Super-effectively is not the main part of Pokemon battles... But I suppose if you still wanted to play, you could say certain magic/attacks are particularly effective or ineffective against you.
Are you sure you want to quit? If you do, Ar1on5523 gets a kingdom and if you decide to rejoin you will be a nomad.
