There are speed defense such as arceus with steel plate and IV training speed or dialga, which i actually use. my arceus is under draco plate to focus the Judgement to be dragon-type. if you want to do a private trade, i can set one up. i can hack the pokemon to let you obtain any you want with any IV's, but I gotta get the IV and EV and Nature codes for the AR otherwise itll just be the pokemon you want whatever level with non-hacked IV training and whether you want it shiny or not.
