Anyway, the example is, your character sees the sun rise during one of his visions. Depending on how symbolic you see that, it could mean anything from "Japan's going to invade" to "The sun rises in the morning", with most people assuming the latter. The plan is to make Sirius think "The sun rises in the morning" when it's really "Japan's going to invade" so to speak. Thus the vision's 100% accurate, but Sirius's interpretation was completely wrong.

It should be started reasonably soon, Max is heading towards the camp with the peacekeepers, and after that arc, the plan will pretty much be planned then go into action. As far as the actual plan goes, the plan isn't to deceive the Sight, that's known to be impossible, but rather the interpretation of it. I can give you an example if you want.
