Anyway, I am going to eventually trade the Horsea for a Snivy. The Snivy will be one that ignores his trainer who he deems too weak for him. I will take that Snivey off of his hands and give him the Horsea. :D
Ok, I am thinking Adament. Where do you go to check IVs? How do you know if there is 31 in speed and Atk? I have no exp EVing or IVing Pokemon...

Yes I did know. If you use Soak + Toxic you have a poisoned steel type (unless u know of a better way).
And there could possibly be a fighting type gym... I'm still deciding on that. Either that or an E4 member has fighting type
