    Hey, we play for the RBY LC Spotlight tour. My timezone is -3. My best availability is during my evenings, but I should also be available any time Thursday and I have some time on Sunday, too. When can you play?

    Hi, I this my first tournament so I will need some help on the protocol, but I can battle pretty much anytime this week. Just let me know what works for you my timezone is -6, But I can play late or early if you want to.

    Care to play at 4pm Sunday your time? Honestly scheduling matches is pretty easy. If you're in a higher stakes tournament there's an expectation that contact and scheduling is handled early and clearly, but for a tournament like this I'd say we handled this fine. Once we agree to a time then we reply here again at the agreed upon time and then meet up on the Smogon Tournaments server to play the set (https://smogtours.psim.us)
