i dont know gmts by heart but youre probably -7 or -8, which would mean we are 8/9 hours apart. saturday at 8 pm my time, which should be your 11 am/12 pm (double check) should work then

getting a bye just means you get a free round. its a common thing in tournaments, you ca actually google it lol it basically has to do with mathemathics to make rounds and finals possible
