    I can't find the source right now and I've seen people get away with it - but those were on RMTs that were only a month old or so. And yeah, better luck next time - if in doubt, then maybe just shoot them a wall message/PM.

    I'm sure it also depends on the metagame - it might be acceptable in older metagames that don't see RMTs uploaded frequently, but in a current metagame I'd avoid commenting on RMTs that have been inactive for over a couple of weeks.
