Could someone help me evolve my Graveler on BDSP?

I was breeding my two Marills, the female holding the sea incense. Both parents knew Refresh, Superpower, Aqua Jet and Belly Drum. The Azurill that hatched however only knew Splash, Water Gun and Refresh. How come? Are there any restrictions to the egg moves you can pass onto an Azurill?

Shoot, I didn't, it didn't cross my mind it could be useful for figuring out what happened! Yes and I was storm drain.

The weirdest thing just happened while I was playing on my 3DS. I had mega Gengar and Gastrodon out and my opponent a Lando-T. It then used Knock Off and it failed O.o Gastrodon still had an item and it was an Aguav berry, nothing like Brightpowder. How could Knock off fail?!
