I see what you meen. Belly Drum/ Substitute/ Baton Pass with a focus sash is useless. However, Gorebyss outclasses Smeargle in every possible way with Shell Smash/ Baton Pass.

Yeah, you could use a mental herb to snap out of torment, taunt, or encore, but OHKO's are way more common and need to be prevented. if your opponent uses one of the three moves, you can just switch in. I see no reason to give Smeargle leftovers because Smergle's defences are terrible.

One problem with this set. Cherrim cannot have weather ball and nature power at the same time! It gets weather ball from Castform and Riserade and nature power from Seedot and its evolutions and Lotad and its evolutions. A better set would be Cherrim: @ Leftovers 252 HP, 252 Spe, SpA, or Atk...
