Really nice team! I would try out a more defensive set on manaphy, since you have the combination of rest + hydration and tail glow gives you such a huge boost in SpAtk. I'll try that team out later and maybe add something them

I don't like your drill set. You already got a special Wall in heatran, i'd go rather go with a 252Atk/252Spe split with air ballon or life orb, or just choose another poke here
