I would use SE over EQ if you're getting rid of crunch, it covers the same threat (Ninetails) and its also STAB + higher base power. Also for a status move on P2 I suggest t-wave, because with 2 scarfers you dont have much time for stall, but if toxic is working for you, keep it.

On Typhlosion i suggest using fire blast/flamethrower over hyper beam. You might not want to run two fire moves on one poke, but this way you still have a very powerful STAB move when you have low hp.
