  1. CAP 5 CAP 5 - Part 3 (Secondary Typing Poll 1)

Well my bad. I will try not to annoy you guys again anyway, I think I'll go with the majority and go with 1. No secondary typing 2. Fighting
  2. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Part 9 (Primary Ability Poll)

I voted for Persistent, and then I started thinking, what if this pokemon also got Vital Spirit? With immunity to thunder wave and being poisoned, this could possibly become a serious threat. I mean, Togekiss' Paraflinch will come to an end (for those who aren't going to from change from T wave)...
  3. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Part 7 (Base Stat Spread Poll 1)

Kingdrom omgthatkid I believe that this pokemon should have a lot of speed because, well it is a utility pokemon. It should be able to do damage to pokemon, but not kill them. Also, omgthatkid got me sold on this quote; Why is Speed so important? Speed allows this Pokemon to recover before...
  4. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Base Stat Submission Thread

Doing this Base stat build made me realize, I suck at this! I don't know what I'm trying to make, there are too many options! Am I suppose to give this guy attacking power, a lot of speed, or just defenses? And when I'm reading these post it seems that we changed this from outspeed everyone to...
  5. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Base Stat Submission Thread

Why thank you my good sir!
  6. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Base Stat Submission Thread

May I have the link to the calculator... It seems I may have misplaced that link. And What are the boundaries of each potential stat as of now? It seems the community has agreed to speeds no greater than 109-115 (although I'm all for Jolteon speeds and outspeeding Weavile) and defenses around...
  7. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Base Stat Submission Thread

I just thought of something. Do we really need to invest a lot stat points in defenses when he/she/it/the potential pokemon can use light Screen/Reflect?
  8. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Part 5 (Build Bias Poll 1)

Also, if this is mixed, will it still be able to have U turn?
  9. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Part 5 (Build Bias Poll 1)

I'll vote for mixed. As far as I'm concerned, the fact that it is POISON/GROUND allows it to naturally survive our main physical moves that everyone knows (Close Combat, Stone Edge, Megahorn etc with the exception of Earthquake). What I'm worried about is if it will be able to take 2 hits of Ice...
  10. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Base Stat Submission Thread

Because I know this pokemon won't be able to out Speed Deoxys, HP 100/ ATK 70/ DEF 85/ SP. ATK 70/ SP. DEF 85 / SPD 135 Here it is just below Electrode, and it has the HP and defenses to take a good amounts of hits with the bulkiness of Starmie(hopefully) and can hopefully leave large amounts...
  11. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Part 3 (Secondary Typing Poll 3)

Poison/Ground You all have sold me on to that bandwagon and that I think about it, that is the best choice. When you think about a utility pokemon, it should be one that can fit in to most situations to support the team. This guy could wall Togekiss' Paraflinching, Special Mixnape, Lucario...
  12. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Concept Submissions

It would definitely be useful if it could deal with pokemon that taunt.
  13. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Concept Submissions

Concept: Total defense shogun Description: This pokemon due to it's large amount of resistances can come in on a lot of moves and situations (Taunting, subseeding, possible DD Salamence ?) to support the party. I'm sorry Deck Knight but I have break rule a) and get this off my chest. Concept...
  14. One question I have been dying to figure out...

Note: Remember I'm testing Bulky Manaphies, so they will be faster than it. And the fact that Sceptile has that low of attack power against a MAX HP and 100 evs in DEF Manaphy means something doesn't it?
  15. One question I have been dying to figure out...

Right now I'm posting counters, for it. And Why do you people keep on saying, "Oh noes Hydration rest combo!", you guy attack as if people can't predict, we're stupid and just dumb down against a Manaphy and will let it set up on us. Geez, it takes turns to set up and we can set up too...
  16. One question I have been dying to figure out...

Electivire's max atk Thunder Punch does 84.65% - 99.50% to a Manaphy with max HP with Life positive natured atk on a neutral natured Manaphy/0 EVs in DEF. With Life Orb and same situation, He does 76.73% - 90.35% 67.08% - 78.96% (with 252...
  17. One question I have been dying to figure out...

Even if that doesn't work,a Tpunch from Electivire well take it down, a Leaf Blade from Sceptile will do some serious damage and Tauntrados will do damage to it too.
  18. One question I have been dying to figure out...

Blissey is that way too, but it just doesn't make sense. How many special attack moves can this pokemon use effectively? Let see: Surf Shadow Ball Hidden Power Ice Beam Energy Ball Grass Knot That's it, now tell me that since it can't be physical sweep well, it isn't predictable. And don't...
  19. One question I have been dying to figure out...

Also if I'm not mistaken, isn't Thunderbolt a very popular move?
  20. One question I have been dying to figure out...

Problem about that "combo" is that you have to make a Rain dance team to support Manaphy's Hydration rest, Kyogre can't help it OU. Manaphy only has 3 usable physical attacks (Waterfall, U turn, and a normal move) so it's easier to predict its moveset. Jirachi and Celebi both have those stats...
