    Life Orb is a fine option, as are other various damage-boosting items. However, it all comes down to what your moveset is - with a Quiet nature, you will want to be running a hard-hitting Mixed set of some sort.

    Unless ground types are giving you particular trouble and/or you're willing to risk the 40% chance of failure so that you can do simultaneous damage, TWave is a better option. Otherwise, to answer your question, it is a viable alternative if you can't use Body Slam.

    Going by the previous generations, I'm thinking that the Pseudo-legendary will either be ridiculously powerful (they seem to get better each gen) or something that adds new elements to the game.
