switch out choice scarf for life orb on alakazam you wont be locked into one move and with magic guard you wont get any recoil from life orb. And if your having trouble with fairy's maybe switch out absol for mega scizor and see if that works.

your team seems pretty weak to mega and choice band scizor which can OHKO half your team. I would change the charizard set to a bulky one take out thunder punch in favor of roost and take some EVS form speed and put them into HP. And i would replace either whimisicott for somthing with more bulk...

Nice team but on Medicham i would put something else over drain punch like zen headbutt, fake out or even substitute since you have clefable which can pass a wish to it to restore health. If not that you can always use a cosmic/stored power set on clefable like this one. Clefable @ Leftovers...
