  1. What Code would be the "legallest"?

I don't know what totalitarian states the rest of you live in, but for me, all of this stuff is legal. I mean, seriously, it's just a game...
  2. Good setup for BDrumming Linoone?

So every scarf pokemon on every team ever is Gengar now? Also, if Linoone does happen to be hiding behind a substitute, it can shadow claw. I'd hesitate to put Linoone up against Gengar anyway, though. It's sort of outmatched.
  3. Good setup for BDrumming Linoone?

    What about extremespeed?
  4. Gen 1 RBY OU RMT

Night Shade can hit normal types in RBY (and Seismic Toss can hit ghosts).
  5. Deoxys E Discussion

    One of three. 130>95.
  6. Who needs an evolution?

Fearow Golduck Farfetch'd Hypno Electrode Marowak Pinsir Wobbuffet :naughty: Dunsparce Granbull Shuckle Linoone Sableye Medicham Torkoal Grumpig Banette Tropius Relicanth Gastrodon Drifblim Skuntank Chatot Spiritomb Abomasnow
  7. Low Ubers

So the counter to Wobbuffet is "sacrifice something"? Yeah, I guess that about sums it up.
  8. The term "hax" , you know brightpowder , etc. well look here please....

And when they don't, what then? There's an increased chance that moves will miss the DT'er, but there's still an even greater chance that they will not.
  9. You have a choice, 1 choice...

Spinda@Quick Claw -Protect -Hypnosis -Teeter Dance -Faint Attack It could work.
  10. Competitor and Arceus

This makes sense for Arceus. And if glitches are "canon sources" then Shaymin wouldn't be in the same category. You don't claim that glitches are, so I won't dispute the point. You also note that the canon universe of pokemon is ill-defined. Wouldn't defining it be a priority before dealing...
  11. House Rule: Slightly extended OU

I'd give it a shot. And of course the uber you select and the on your opponent select will matter a lot, but that could make things interesting.
  12. "The Most" awards - Pokemon

Most overrated: Heracross. It might be difficult to use properly or something, but it usually seems to eat a strong flying or other super-effective attack and go down before taking anything out (in my experience). Most underrated: Life orb Electrode. I don't think I've ever seen anyone else use...
  13. Competitor and Arceus

Well, that depends on how "legitimate" is defined. And it seems that most of those definitions (the reasonable ones, at least) would also exclude Shaymin and possibly some other stuff. I doubt any of the NYPC pokemon have maxed IV's.
  14. Competitor and Arceus

Really? Good to know. Unfortunately I can't use that because I don't have the outside device that would let me use the GTS...
  15. Competitor and Arceus

I'll double check or not as I please, thank you very much. And I wouldn't know where to look anyway... My understanding was that the event Darkrais were released in cherish balls and not obtained through the member's card. If there was a different event, I don't know about it, hence my...
  16. Competitor and Arceus

Majority opinion does not define "hacking." I still haven't seen a good reason why the rationale for Arceus doesn't apply to other pokemon. Shaymin is unavailable on the vast majority of cartridges but can be obtained through exploitation of a glitch due to a programming accident on some...
  17. Competitor and Arceus

It isn't hard. But if you believe it's a logical inconsistency in the application of the rules (not that I do--I won't claim expertise on the matter) to allow Arceus (or Blissey or Weedle), telling other people beforehand that you won't battle is not likely to be as effective in raising the...
  18. What to do if...

It all depends on what you have left and what you know your opponent has left.
  19. Outside Rules: No Legendaries, no sleep clause, DT allowed, no hacks

Beats me. I've never heard of "titan clause." But I did notice that there are only 12 with a BST GREATER THAN 600 (not counting Tyranitar with sandstream automatically boosting its special defense). So maybe those are the titans? I really have no idea...
  20. Outside Rules: No Legendaries, no sleep clause, DT allowed, no hacks

Way more than 12... 720: Arceus 680: Mewtwo, Ho-Oh, Lugia, Raquaza, Diaga, Palkia, Giratina 670: Slaking, Groudon, Kyogre, Regigigas 600: Dragonite, Mew, Tyranitar, Celebi, Jirachi, Metagross, Salamence, Latias, Latios, Deoxys, Manaphy, Garchomp, Heatran, Cresselia, Darkrai, Shaymin
