    Oh, you can also fight trainers in the Raimon City Sport Domes. There are two domes and you can re-fight them every day. You are given random trainers each day, with Pokemon that are level 65 or so. So there are trainers you can re-match often.

    Nitro Charge gets the Sheer Force boost, and loses it's Speed-boosting effect. I don't know about Hammer Arm, though. I'm pretty sure that bad secondary effects remain even with Sheer Force as a rule, unfortunately.

    Not that I know of. Some really good pokemon to use ingame are Hihidaruma, Shandera, Warubiaru, Daikenki, Mebukijika, and Denchura (w/ Compoundeyes).
