Raichu can learn fly so it isn't completely walled by Exeggutor. Aerodactyl could make good use of it (it does more damage than double edge and is it's best move against Exeggutor). Dig is the only ground move learnt by Golduck, Ninetales, Raticate and Arcanine. I think that could be significant.
