I evolved my Doublade as soon as it learned sacred sword (LVL 51). Its worth waiting since aegislash doesn't learn it, as far as i'm aware. :p

Well, in Anistar city, at the very right of the giant crystal if you click it you will get a sunstone. But since you aren't that far, you can also acquire one by talking to the hiker on route 12. :)

Murkrow can be found on route 15. It can also be found on route 16. I found it only when it was late at night. :)
