Good team. I don't have much to say, just a few suggestions. I would replace scrafty with rotom-w since it stops rain teams from walking over your team. Plus rotom provides a fire resist which seems crucial on your team.( Ferrothorn and scizor anre 4x weak to fire)

I've used a dragonite with thunder and hurricane to fully abuse the rain. (take out brick break) If you consider that, you can take out thundurus for a fighting type, which your team lacks. You could use conkeldurr to counter opposing excadrills. Nice team and good luck!
