We basically have to treat all 3; Home, DLC 1, and DLC 2, like we would a 3rd version release. I disagree with the notion that unbanning Moody was a mistake. The clearest reason it was banned in the first place, the evasion boost, was removed. So obviously it should be up for reevaluation. That is not to say that i think it shouldn't be banned again, I'm currently neutral on that topic...

They only removed moves they can go without ever bringing back, except for Hidden Power, that they need to give Unown Extrasensory or something in place of.

They probably only cut moves they never intend to give back. They only need to give Unown something like Extrasensory and they can do that.
