I'd suggest getting some sort of rapid spinner in here, as SR/Spikes/Toxic Spikes will tear up your team, as its main focus is switching around. If you really wanna keep the team all Evee, then try using taunt over shadow ball on Espeon to keep other spikers and whatnot from setting up.
