    Why don't we ban freeze as a whole? The random 10% chance (Or 20% with Serene Grace) to potentially take a 'mon out permanently is intrinsically unfair, yet we resort to a complex alteration of the game's code to limit it. What about critical hits? Or flinch chances? Attack rolls? I don't see...
